Refund policy
By completing a purchase with Drovy, you accept the conditions described in this policy. This applies to all orders shipped within Canada.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once approved, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us right after delivery. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Drovy. We will review the matter and provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. To request an exchange, email us with your order number and preferred replacement item.
Restocking Fees
Drovy does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.
